Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
We will offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives physically damaged (e.g., bent, scratched, broken), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
Production Errors
If we made a mistake in printing (e.g., wrong photo, poor print quality), we will reprint and resend your order at no cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that does not match your order, we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer-uploaded low-resolution or blurry images
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
